Cannabis Caramel Apples

INGREDIENTS

4-8 Fuji apples
1/2 C Cannabis butter
1 C Brown sugar
1/2 C Light corn syrup
1/2 (7oz) Can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Candies/nuts (optional)

TOOLS
wooden treat sticks
parchment paper
candy thermometer

DIRECTIONS

​1. Place sticks in apples, and dip in boiling water for 5 seconds to remove wax, then dry with a towel.
2. Stir butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and sweetened condensed milk in saucepan over medium-high heat
    until boiling, stirring constantly, then reduce heat to medium.
3. Cook 25-30 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 248 degrees F; mixture should be thick. Remove
    from heat and stir in vanilla.
4. Dip apples and coat with candy, and allow to cool on wax paper

TIP
Add 1oz at a time of regular milk to pan if caramel becomes too thick.

Each batch of caramel sauce has approx 350mg THC; 8 apples are 44mg THC each.
ALTERNATE SNACKING
Use leftover caramel sauce for dipping sliced apples! Store in mason jar in refrigerator for later use with ice cream and desserts as well!

Medicated Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup cannabis infused butter
​3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups milk
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, divided

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and butter a casserole dish.
  2. Bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil.
  3. Add macaroni, and cook until not quite done, about 6 minutes. Drain.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the cannabis butter over medium heat. Blend in the flour, mustard powder, salt and pepper until smooth. Slowly stir in the milk, beating out any lumps.
  5. ​Add the cheeses, (reserving 1/2 C for later) and stir constantly until the sauce is thick and smooth.
  6. Drain noodles, pour into casserole dish and stir them with beaten eggs.
  7. Pour warm cheese sauce over noodles, and stir well.
  8. Cover the dish, and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
